GOSPEL MUSIC SENSATION MICHAEL GI
Michael Gi is originally from St. Louis, Mo., but currently resides in San Diego CA. He was formerly managed by the late William Carvan (a.k.a. Bill Isles) “Pops” Isles II, whom was co-pioneer and original member of the world famous r&b group, the O’Jays. Michael has been singing and performing since the age of 5 when his mother stood him on a box in church –so that the people could see him as well as hear him. Upon opening his mouth –comments were made about him that he was truly a young soul with an old anointing! Throughout his journeys delivering the Gospel in song… Michael has appeared on the same venues with such artist as the late Rev. James Cleveland, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Imperials, The O’Neal Twins & The Interfaith Choir, The Soul Stirrers, The Ohio Players, Billy Davis Jr. of the Fifth Dimension, Walter Hawkins, and Jazz Artist, Gerald Albright –just to name a few.
